Job Description
Sales Support Associate - Temporary Role with Sproutt, an insurtech startup.
Weekend hours and evening hours are required
Job Summary -
Support the sales and case management teams by providing excellent customer service to our prospective clients. Engage with our customers to set up appointments with our insurance representatives, follow up on outstanding policy requirements or provide them with an update on their cases. Provides inbound and outbound phone support, as well as written communication via various modes (email, text, chat).
Duties & Responsibilities

Job Requirements
Requirements

1-3 years of work experience is required
A bachelor’s degree is preferred
Prior call center experience is preferred
Tech savvy individual who is a quick-learn with software usage is desired
Microsoft Suite experience is required
Knowledge of the Life Insurance industry is preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently
Honesty and integrity
