Sales Development Specialist

ISPN is looking to expand its current team by filling a position for a Sales Development Representative role. 

Opportunity Snapshot
Lead all aspects of the pre-sales cycle including prospecting, lead follow up, setting meetings and creating needs assessments. An integral component of this role is to empower our Sales Directors with the highest quality leads and appointments through outbound marketing. Responsibilities
Cold call, email, send LinkedIn requests to set appointments with broadband service providers.Track sales activity with daily and weekly activity reports, prospect analysis, and territory analyses.Work with sales and marketing team to develop and manage specific sales campaigns.Understand the sales cycle and overcome challenges that can affect the sales forecast.Be creative, determined, and flexible in driving demand and pipeline.Coordinate web-based presentations and information sessions, via Zoom, for prospects regarding services and technologies delivered by ISPN and its strategic partners.Liaise with internal sales staff and executives to facilitate timely response to highly-qualified, high-revenue potential leads.Be continuously engaged in learning about new developments and trends in the Broadband industry.Qualifications
Knowledge / Skills

Minimum of 1-year experience cold calling and emailing in a B2B sales environmentDemonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed sales and prospecting goalsExceptional written and verbal communication skills.Experience utilizing a CRM software toolProficiency in PC software applications for word processing, spreadsheet, and presentationsDetail-oriented approach; ensures all tasks completed in a timely, efficient manner.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results oriented environment.Ability to understand and learn technological concepts quickly (networking concepts, software, etc)Preferred but not required
Knowledge of various aspects of the telecommunications industry and be able to operate in technologies such as Cable, Telco, VoIP, Wireless, and SMB.Advanced knowledge of industry software and hardware terminology and concepts.
