As a regional account manager, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our reach and impact throughout the Western US.

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Account Manager to join our team. No sales experience required. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for promoting emergency preparedness solutions. You will take over an existing portfolio of accounts. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key accounts, generating new business, and representing our brand with professionalism and integrity.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the assigned region.
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts, including government agencies, educational institutions, healthcare organizations, and corporate clients.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Prepare regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Ability to travel within region as needed (typically 4-6 trips per year, 3-4 days per trip).

Base salary of 30,000/year, plus monthly uncapped commission
