production forecast. Ultimately
responsible to meet agreed upon daily production levels and to provide
explanation when fail to meet targets.

or exceeds quality standards by adhering to SOPs. Work directly with Quality Manager on quality
production problems and recommend corrective action plans.

Authorize overtime to
Supervisors and Team Leaders to meet production quotas.
Work with the Customer Care
on issues with product availability and Order Fulfillment on problems with
expected ship dates.
Review and monitor
inventory levels and work with the Production Planner to determine ordering
frequency. Ultimately responsible to ensure adequate levels
of components, empties, printers, shipping supplies and/or finished goods
Work with Distribution Manager to discuss ways of
improving the transition of components and products through the Company.
Work with Engineering to promptly resolve quality
issues and to report fluctuations in fallout rates on the production floor.
Give input to Engineering on ways to streamline
production operations in order to increase profitability.
Analyze production data
to report information to the President and VP/Director Operations.

Develop system that

Work with Human Resources in resolving escalated personnel
disciplinary action when required.
Ensure safety and housekeeping practices are
with all Company policies and procedures.
