Your role will include:
Manage a substantial amount of outbound calls daily.Develop open and effective channels of communication with each provider and member.Schedule telephonic calls following approved scripts and guidelines provided.File documents and records and maintain a tracking system for quick data retrieval. Set appointment following instructions provided by Physicians and Contracted Health Plans.Maintain and update records as to the status of phone calls with patients.Minimum requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.Previous medical or customer service background preferred.Demonstrated strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills. Able to speak the English language clearly and effectively communicate to caller and peer group.Demonstrated strong writing and composition skills.Ability to work in a team environment.Strong organizational skills.Demonstrated strong Problem-Solving skills.Apply today
