Job Description
We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and creative Part Time Marketing Coordinator and Social Media Specialist to implement and manage our marketing systems. The Part Time Marketing Coordinator and Social Media Specialist will oversee our social media platforms, marketing campaigns focusing on brand recognition, client appreciation events, and more! Our ideal candidate has experience with social media platforms and a passion for outstanding customer service!


Responsibilities:
- Social Media Platform Management
- Developing Content for Social Media and Website
- Monthly Marketing Campaign Management
- Assist with Client Appreciation Events
- Create and Implement Client Appreciation Gifts
- Continue to Develop the Shores Real Estate brand
- Evolving Seasonal Marketing Activities



Qualifications:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office including Microsoft Publisher
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Adobe InDesign and Photoshop)
- Working knowledge of Facebook and Instagram algorithms
- Ability to create social media content from start to finish
- Ability to develop content for social media and conduct content research
- Excellent project management, communication, and strong work ethic
- Enjoys team collaboration
- Bonus: Understanding of Asana
- Prefer 1+ years of Marketing experience


Job Structure: We are looking for a part-time individual to join our team for approximately 20 hours each week. Compensation will be based off previous experience and proficiency levels with software.


About Shores Real Estate: We are a small, full-service Real Estate Team in the RE/MAX network. We assist our clients with buying and selling homes throughout the Greater Kansas City Area. Our service to our clients continues past the real estate transaction; our clients become a part of our Real Estate Family.
