Position Overview
You will independently manage campaigns in all aspects, from creative to analytics and reporting to optimization. You will benefit from the experience of others while maintaining a high level of ownership and accountability. Gain exposure to the functionality of a large org of advertising experts operating in markets and collaborate with technical and non-technical teams throughout the business to accomplish big-picture business goals. Essential Job Functions:
Use real-time analytics to determine new audience opportunities and conduct testing and experimentation to validate strategiesBuild, test, and launch new PPC campaigns using proprietary and industry-leading platforms and toolsCreate ad copy, using relevant data and metrics to cater to audience trendsOwn reporting and analysis on your book-of-business and regularly communicate with stakeholders on performance, blockers, strategy, and testingWork with internal content, design, and engineering teams to optimize user experience and increase conversion rates across sitesMonitor industry and market trends in paid traffic channels to recommend improvements and implement new strategiesRequired Experience/Skills
Experience managing paid advertising campaigns (social, native, display, search, etc.)Expertise in Excel, or other data visualization toolsStrong analytical skills and comfort working with large amounts of raw dataIndependent drive to succeed and a strong sense of ownership and accountabilityFamiliarity with graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Canva, etc)2-4 years’ experience with Google Ads or Facebook Ads is a plus
