Source and Connect clients with their enquiries to the sales manager.
Develop and implement strategic marketing programs from initial concept to execution to support and grow our brand
Maintain an Enquiry Register (ER)
Maintain a timeline for every enquiry and chase up departments regarding the status of all enquiries
Preparation and documentation of quotes after receiving information from the estimation department
Checking of presentations and quotes before sending it out to sales representatives
Maintain and regularly update a client register
Write, prepare and send out press releases to appropriate media outlets
Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
Determine the optimal marketing spend for our company. Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
Preparation of weekly reports to the management to determine the efficacy of marketing programs, campaigns, leads etc.
Work with the digital marketing team in India and carry out certain activities decided by the team
Frequently analyze and present marketing results through KPIs to the management.
Lead and organize client meetings with the sales manager
Actively engage with/network with industry people on social media and other related platforms
Actively engage with/ network with industry people at trade shows and conferences
Constantly evaluate ways to improve marketing effectiveness and source new clients
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications or related field is preferred.
3 - 5 years of experience in diverse marketing or sales roles. Prior experience with engineering companies is a plus
Familiar with Google Analytics and SEO data
Ability to create websites, use graphics, and produce engaging web page layouts
Understanding/Experience with basic tools and techniques for effective marketing research.
A mix of creativity and strong analytical skills.
Ability to translate strategies into detailed operating plans.
Action oriented versus highly theoretical
Proficiency in and experience with Microsoft Office software, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and web browsers
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Premier and/or Final Cut Pro Vision/Audio Editing Software is a plus. It is not compulsory.
