Job Description
 The IT CRM Relations/Solutions Analyst will be responsible for overseeing and executing the organization’s IT systems and integrations and is the lead on organizational data analysis and reporting functions for KC Scholars.

 The IT CRM Relations/Solutions Analyst will be an efficient, high-functioning IT professional with previous successful experience in designing innovative processes and solutions utilizing organization technology; developing information systems and infrastructure solutions; and organizing, analyzing, and presenting data for a complex entity.

The Analyst will ensure adequate and operational systems that support efficient collection, storage, management, and analysis of data related to the organization’s overall effectiveness.

Determine system needs from business units and translate them into requirements and business processes for the Dynamics 365/Power Platform with the help of the CRM developer consultants. • Experience administrating and developing a production environment of Dynamics 365 CRM and training staff regularly on the platform. • Ability to build and configure CRM forms, views, dashboards, and workflows. • Consistent attention to efficiency and capability improvements by leveraging logic-based automation and integrations across the platform. • Utilize power apps, power automate, business flows, dashboards, form configuration, and custom entities preferred. • Experience with designing, writing, testing, and implementing T-SQL solutions for reporting and updates to executive management. • Assist with providing and collecting data related to ongoing program evaluation, both for internal use and for third-party evaluators, in tandem with the IT Technology Manager. 
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education,
training, and experience.
• Demonstrated strong acumen in support/technical areas of IT
• Experience in applicable PC programs: MS Office 365 Applications Suite,
SQL (SSIS/SSRS), MS Dynamics CRM, Visual Studio, Power BI, MS
Azure, Excel, and Power Query Preferred
• Basic experience in programming languages: HTML, CSS, JavaScript,
jQuery, PHP, T-SQL, R-SQL
• Ability to learn new applications and complex features.
• Proven strong analytical skills
