Our mission is to host fun, unique, and amazing events, and we need a part-time Event Staff/Bartender to help us achieve that goal at our Overland Park, Kansas location.
Job Summary:

Whether you’re hanging a three-tiered chandelier or preparing a signature drink, you’ll learn the ins and outs of event set-up and takedown, bartending, and more. At the end of the day, this job is about helping people. We need someone who is willing to go above and beyond to make each event one of the best days of our client’s lives.
As an Event Staff Member/Bartender, you will:
Provide event support for service providers on the day of the eventBartend during eventsMeet with Event Coordinators to review and organize event layouts and detailsDevelop and maintain a knowledge of liquor, beer, and bar terminologyKeep bar equipment and working areas cleanCreate an enjoyable and comfortable experience for clients by demonstrating                  excellent customer serviceAssist Event Coordinators in executing client events, including room transitions, table      bussing, etc. as neededOther projects as assignedThis includes but is not limited to shopping locally for building, event, or bar supplies, ushering guests from cocktail hour to the reception, helping the bridal party line up for the ceremony, and helping vendors check-in or out for the evening.

Willing to assist whenever you see a coworker, client, or vendor in needWilling and able to learn all of the moving parts associated with hosting eventsWilling and able to drive a vehicleExperience in retail, restaurant, or other similar customer service industries is very      helpfulPhysical Requirements:
Must be able to stand or walk for long periods of timeMust be able to pull, push, grasp and lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs.Must be able to use a computer keyboard and other office equipment and be able to      speak on the phoneMust be able to speak, read, and writeMust be able to perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, kneeling, and reachingSufficient manual dexterity in hands is necessaryMust have a valid driver’s license and be willing to hold/handle alcoholic beveragesCompensation & Schedule:
