Current Available Shifts (Central Time):
Full Time -
M-F 10:30am to 7:00pm with an 8am to 12pm shift every other Saturday
Part-Time(Flexible hours for students!) -
8am to Noon
3pm to 7pm
(Paid!) Training Hours:
Full Time -
M-F 8am to 5pm for 6 weeks (for full-time employees)
8am to Noon
3pm to 7pm (for part-time employees)

Starts at $16 per hour + Performance bonuses + Spanish bilingual differentials offered ($1/hour)!

Provide exceptional customer serviceMotivate and guide customers through the collections processManage inbound and outbound repayment inquiries from consumers and debt consolidators via phone and emailCommunicate with customers to establish payment solutions and resolve customer account inquiriesMeet key performance indicators as outlined by managementMeet the expected quality and compliance standards
