Savantage Solutions is looking for a Business Analyst to facilitate HR service delivery on managing high volume and often time- sensitive service requests, recurring reports, data calls, employee notifications, and inquiries. Work includes resolving a backlog, tracking, and managing a high volume of service requests, recurring reports, AgLearn online training system administration/user support, and broadcast communications for the HR function within the client support center. This includes research, data collection, and analysis required to meet recurring and ad-hoc reporting requirements; system administration and end-user support for USDA’s AgLearn online training system including processing training requests, recording training completion data, reporting, communication, and transitioning to the next generation online learning system. This includes developing, modifying, and queueing broadcast communications to the workforce on a variety of HR-related topics.

Job Requirements
Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide system administration and end-user support for USDA’s AgLearn online training system including processing training requests, recording training completion data, reporting, communication, and transitioning to the next generation online learning system
Generate reports and dashboards using Power BI
Other systems used include GovDelivery, Microsoft Excel, and SharePoint
Provide end-user support with navigation, user features, or reports for government’s AgLearn online learning tool
Research, prepare, coordinate, and queue recurring and ad hoc reports and communications such as notifications to the workforce
Analyze and research reporting requirements
Develop/modify content for broadcast communication to the workforce and document processes, service requests, and changes needed for a variety of HR-related topics
Assist the government in documenting existing or new processes
Process training requests, recording training completion data, reporting, and communication
Attend HR and/or AgLearn Team meetings

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Must have two years of demonstrated experience with federal government HR systems, reporting, and service request/ticketing management and resolution
Must have two years of demonstrated documentation, customer service, and communications experience
Experience providing system administration support
Experience with Power BI
Experience creating ad hoc reports
Experience creating dashboards
Ability to provide LOE by hours for reports, including recommended approach for publishing such as GovDelivery, Excel, Power BI or Sharepoint dashboard at government’s request
