Job Description
The Mid-Coast Radio Project is accepting applications for a Bookkeeper/Office Administrator for 90.1 KKFI FM Kansas City Community Radio. This position manages accounts receivable and works with vendors, clients, and our bank to ensure timely payments.

This role requires clear communication, both verbal and written; effective time management skills; a demonstrated willingness to learn and adapt; and the highest standards of behavior, detail orientation, and ability to collaborate.

This is a 32 hour a week position with flexible hours on site to be determined, including up to 40 hours a week during pledge drives.

Job Requirements
• Directly relevant experience working with accounts payable/receivable and general bookkeeping
• Familiarity with grant reporting and Not-for Profit Accounting Standards
• Experience with QuickBooks; Salesforce CRM management, tax filing and reconciliations
• Strong working experience with Microsoft Office products such as Excel and Word; database experience a plus
