Description
PT Sales Associate Responsibilities:
The job duties of a sales associate include driving sales and customer care. This position is a precursor to anyone seeking an opportunity to grow within the Tip Top Tux organization. The pace is fast and exciting and offers a wonderful variety to keep you having fun!
Compensation and Benefits
Base Pay ranges from $8.50-$9.50 per hour plus a sales commission that has the potential for an additional $1.50-$2 per hour or more for a motivated candidate.
Benefits for full time employees are available and include vacation, personal days off, 50% health insurance premium and a 3% match 401K.
Qualifications

High energy, a great attitude, good organization skills, strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are vital to your success in this business.
Previous customer service experience is a must. High school or GED required. Must be 18 years of age.

General knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office products necessary. A desire to help customers for special occasion and events a MUST. Ability to communicate effectively and succeed in an opportunity that fosters growth.
