Store Manager Responsibilities
The job duties of a store manager include driving sales, customer care, and day to day store operations. The store manager is also responsible for hiring and training staff. Some outside sales is required within the immediate vicinity of the store location. The pace is fast and exciting and offers a wonderful variety to keep you having fun!
Compensation and Benefits
Base Salary ranges from $500-$650 per week plus a sales commission that has the potential for $750 per month or more for a motivated candidate. Benefits for full time employees include vacation, personal days off, 50% health insurance premium and a 3% match 401K. Store Managers are also eligible to receive a semi-annual bonus for achieving sales goals and for managing labor.
Qualifications

High energy, a great attitude, good organization skills, strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are vital to your success in this business.
Previous customer service experience is a must. Management experience is preferred. High school or GED required. Must be 18 years of age.
