The Sr. Loan Assistant provides quality and timely administrative support to and assists the Commercial Banker with the servicing of the construction loan portfolio.
Responsibilities will include:
Review and spread all construction draw requests.
Ensure loans and collateral documentation is imaged and filed.
Process monthly loan payments.
Review Sales Contracts, Lot Contracts, floor plans and loan documents for accuracy.
Develop tracking spreadsheet for each property and spreads the associated budgets.
Orders and reviews title work.
Calculates loan amounts based on sales contract, budgeted list price or appraisal.
Prepare loan packets for closing.
Associate's Degree in Office, Administration, Finance, Accounting or Business
3 - 5 years in banking, Commercial or Residential Real Estate or Construction lending.
Broad knowledge of Commercial and Construction Lending
Proficient computer skills; Microsoft Excel, Access and Outlook
Ability to read cost estimates and budgets.
Ability to calculate simple ratios.
