Provides direct patient care and medical support for clients and their families under the supervision of an RN, Assists in development and implementation of plan of care, performs basic patient care and treatment including but not limited to wound care, vital signs, and collection of blood samples. Job Requirements
Be a graduate of an approved school of practical or vocational nursing Hold a current state LPN or RN license in good standing
Present a valid driver’s license and current auto insurance
Have reliable transportation
