JOE'S KANSAS CITY BAR-B-QUE - Kansas City's best barbecue restaurant and catering service is seeking individuals for Front Line positions.
Full-time and Part-time positions available.

General Summary Description:
The Front Line Production position is responsible for production and service of all menu items in an efficient and hospitable manner, including weighing meat and putting on plates, bagging fries and onion rings, scooping up side dishes, etc. . .

Job Requirements
Set up and stocking work stations  Run temperature and quality checks on all food items  Check equipment for proper settings, functionality, and temperatures  Ensure that all opening, mid-day and closing duties are completed  Production and execution of all stations including sandwich, ribs, hot and cold sides, French fries, and expo  Execute proper weights, portions, presentations, and quality oversight of all menu items  Follow all recipe and production procedures  Ensures that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely fashion  Comply with all sanitation regulations and food safety standards  Proper processing of food items to be used for other menu items such as leftover rib meat for beans  Maintaining a clean and organized work station  Communicates with front line and kitchen personal about customer traffic and orders to ensure the right amount of food is being prepared in a timely fashion  Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:
Prior restaurant experience preferred
